Inside Hijra Varsham
Features
Everything you need, nothing you don’t
Today at a glance
The Hijri and Gregorian date, a live moon phase, a countdown to the next Islamic day and whether today is a recommended fasting day.
Matches your moon sighting
Umm al-Qura dates with a simple −2 to +2 day adjustment, so the calendar can match the one followed where you live — for example Kerala. Hijri or Gregorian month view, with full Malayalam weekday names.
Islamic days & fasts
Islamic days with short, neutral descriptions, plus optional reminders the evening before and the night before recommended fasts.
Prayer times & Qibla
Offline prayer times for every Kerala district and major Indian and Gulf cities, several calculation methods, Shafi or Hanafi Asr, a next-prayer countdown and the Qibla direction.
Private by design

Your privacy
- No account and no location permission.
- Your settings, chosen city and notes are stored only on your device; your location is never read.
- Notifications are used only for the reminders you turn on.
- The app shows a small banner ad from Google AdMob on some screens (never on Today, and no full-screen ads). Google may use your advertising ID, device information and IP-based approximate location to serve and measure ads, and asks for consent first where required.
- Hidayath Studios does not sell your personal data.
Please note: the Hijri date may differ by a day from local announcements — use the adjustment setting to match your local calendar. Event descriptions are summaries; please ask your local scholars for rulings.
